Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Milestones: Project Tracker. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who We Are

Milestones: Project Tracker is developed and operated by TypanLogix, based in Australia. If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at support@typanlogix.com.

• Personal & Internal Use: This license is for your professional use in managing your clients.

• Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Milestones: Project Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

3. Subscription and Payment

Milestones: Project Tracker is a subscription-based app. The following terms apply:

• A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.

• After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the rate of either AU$14.99/month or AU$99.99/year depending on the plan you selected.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage "ClienTrak Pro" subscriptions.

• Payments: All financial transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscription management and cancellations must be handled via your Apple ID settings.

• Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. Free Trial

• The free trial is available to new subscribers only.

• One free trial per Apple ID.

• If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.

• After the free trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will begin automatically unless cancelled.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in the app — including projects, milestones, checklists, activity logs and images. By using the app you grant TypanLogix no rights to your content. Your content is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's iCloud terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.

• Use the app to store or transmit any malicious, harmful, or offensive content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the app.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app — including but not limited to the app name, logo, design, code, and features — are owned by TypanLogix. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your personal or professional use. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell or sublicense the app or any part of it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TypanLogix does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, TypanLogix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are an Australian consumer, you may have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded. Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

11. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at typanlogix.com/milestone/privacy. By using the app you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the App

TypanLogix reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the app.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
